Went in thinking I was going to have a tough time finding what I needed. Ken found exactly what I needed in no time. Even had one in stock. Great service.

Every time I need something from Grainger they provide me with what I need in an efficient way, quickly, at a great price, and with a great attitude. I love the Akron branch and commend them for their service. Thanks guys!

Clerk acknowledged me quickly though she had another customer. Got my order shortly after. Never had a bad experience here

I came into the store, on Kennedy Road, Store #161, to buy a pair of work boots. There weren't any in stock, but Jacob was extremely helpful in searching the database for boots and helping me choose two pair. Thanks, Jacob, for making my visit enjoyable.

I came in not knowing size of part I needed and Pam was able to figure it out for me. She was very helpful, first time shopping at granger and I will be back.

I went to the Akron location to buy a furnace motor for my home. I brought mine in to match up. Pam had me a new replacement within a couple of minutes. She was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She even gave me very helpful wiring advise. Service at this location is absolutely phenomenal. The people there are nothing short of the best in the business!

Pam, Lauren, and Melanie are hands- down, the best material resource i could ask for. For many years now they've been saving the day for me when i can't find an urgent part or need help replacing an obsolete component. The knowledge and patience that these ladies possess and utilize for their clients is simply astounding. Grainger price, is... well... but in a pickle, i know i can count on any one of these gals to help me get the repair done. Simply put, when time is priceless, things have to be fast and correct. That's when i go straight to one of these ladies. Highly recommend this branch because of them.

We are new customers, ordering a hard-to-find item from Grainger. Moving forward, this will be our go-to, even if it means driving a bit farther. Communication was clear, what we needed quickly came in, pick-up was quick and easy, and even though it was a brief transaction, the young man at the counter (Mike) really made an impression. (If I owned a business, I'd try to steal him.)

Ordered a part for pickup online at 5am. It was ready and waiting for me when I walked through the doors at 730am right at opening. Service was super friendly and shop looked really organized and clean. They had the capacitor in stock that I needed to fix my furnace blower.
